![]() Some are fine as I like Perseus and Sirius okay enough. I already wasn't much of a fan of Kincora's designs and art style. I can't pinpoint exactly what it is though, but the more I look at her, the less and less I like her. Something (or many things) about Indomitable's design just rubs me the wrong way. Indomitable is the waifu of the event for me I hope he reads this somehow and finds creating & drawing to be fun again. Otherwise, the alternative is to let the negativity affect you to the point of wanting to stop. There's eventually a point where you have to be at peace with the reality that not everyone can be pleased, not everyone is nice, and there's still people that think you're awesome. It's obviously harder when there's an entire group dedicated to sh*tposting you. The important thing is that you shouldn't let it demotivate you.Įspecially for creatives, I know that even when you read 99 genuine and supportive comments, and there's 1 sh*tpost, then that 1 post might stay with you longer than the other 99. In the end, would it be worth it? I personally don't think so, but hey, everyone's different. If you make it a habit and you take the sum of all the times you've done it, you can lose a lot of hours. A person can choose to sh*tpost them right back, sure, but there's a lot of stupid people out there and it can be subtly time consuming. ![]() Jerks will always be there on social media to criticize artists and if you want to keep using social media, it's up to you to disengage with those people by either blocking them or ignoring them. Social media can be toxic, but there's also the caveat that you're responsible for what you engage with. ![]() I hope he eventually realizes that adversity and harassment is found everywhere when you put yourself out there and you reach a certain threshold of popularity and success. ![]()
